The present general conditions regulate the reservation of the stay by Ponto Positivo, Lda, with NIPC 515132829, with registered office at Rua Batista Lopes, 44-1, 8000-225 Faro, Portugal.

Check-in/check-out time

Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00

Check-out at 12:00

Age restriction

Check-in is only possible for guests between 18 and 80 years old.

No curfew

You can come and go whenever you want.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Wi-Fi access available throughout the hotel.

Parking

Public parking available at a nearby location (reservation is not required).
Costs: EUR 0.80 per hour

Children and extra beds

Children are not allowed.

Cots and extra beds policy

There is no capacity to accommodate extra beds or cots.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled if made within 7 days of the arrival date at 14:00 (local hotel time).

After this period, 50% of the total stay will be charged.

In case of "no-show", 100% of the stay will be charged.
